Private-pay and out-of-network care. Confirm the treating clinician, current openings and fees with the team before scheduling. Telehealth eligibility depends on the clinician’s license and where the patient is located.

Who we can help

  • Therapists and psychologists: psychiatric evaluation or medication consultation alongside existing therapy.
  • Psychiatrists and other clinicians: a second opinion or discussion of whether our team is a suitable referral.
  • Primary care and pediatrics: evaluation for concerns such as ADHD, anxiety or depression; confirm age and service fit when you call.
  • Schools and colleges: a clear contact for families or students seeking outpatient mental health care.

How to refer

  1. Start with the team. Call 646-893-8935, or share the consultation link with the patient or family.
  2. Name the referrer. Tell the coordinator your name, practice or school, and the best professional callback contact.
  3. Confirm the fit. Discuss the service needed, patient location, appointment availability and payment arrangements.
  4. Coordinate the handoff. Ask the team how to share records securely and arrange communication with the patient’s permission.

Continuity matters.

A psychiatric referral can complement an existing therapy relationship. Let the team know who is already involved in care and what question you hope the evaluation will address. We can discuss how to coordinate with you, with the patient’s permission.

Please arrange a secure route with the team before sending clinical records or sensitive patient information. This page does not collect patient records.

For referral lists and professional introductions

School counselors, college teams and medical practices can ask the patient care team for current practice information and the materials needed for their referral list. Please confirm current availability each time you refer.
